Could I add an extra part to a thermaltake big water SE cooling kit?

Could I add an extra part to a thermaltake big water SE cooling kit? Basically, I am planning to get this kit for overclocking my cpu. If I get an extra 6.4mm tube, can I attatch a VGA waterblock to it without significant performance decrease?

Not having the kit myself, I couldn’t give you an accurate anoswer, but I belive you are able to cool, one CPU and one GPU, or two GPU’s, so you should be fine.
