how do i load a windows operating system from my harddrive at boot?

it will not run normally when the system is boot and so it has to be loaded from boot. the file is in my harddrive and so i need to know how to load that folder at boot. any ideas would be much appreciated. thnks

I think that you should re-install your operating system. Hold down the alt key and F10 at the same time while you turn on Your Computer. Keep holding the keys down until you get a menu or prompt for an action to take. Choose to install.

Re-installing the operating system will wipe your hard drive and you will lose everything that you have not backed up before-hand.
