what is the specific name of a kind of paper craft were you fold the colored square paper into small triangle shape form and you pencil a pattern and cut the penciled patterned and when you spread the folded paper, it will form a creative circular edge paper design ?

I don’t know of any specific papercutting craft where you only fold the paper in a triangle and always end up with a circular design, but there are several types of paper cutting art. One is Scherenschnitte which means “scissor cuts” in German and is the art papercutting design.
